Beaufort is located approximately 35 miles north of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, 50 miles north of Savannah, Georgia, and 75 miles south of Charleston, South Carolina. Beaufort is also accessible via US 21 or US 278 and SC 270 off of the main north-south routes of US 17 and I-95. Are you looking for no traffic jams, no miles of walking from the parking lot to the terminal, no long queues at ticket counters? Fly into Hilton Head Airport. Located right on the island, Hilton Head Island Airport (HHH) offers flights with American Airlines, Delta Air Lines and United Airlines. You don't need a compass to find the gate. The airport has a beautiful full-service commercial terminal building in a prime location. It also offers a full-service general aviation facility. Charleston International Airport (CHS) operated by the Charleston County Aviation Authority under a shared use agreement with Joint Base Charleston. It is the busiest airport in South Carolina. In 2019, the airport served approximately 4.9 million passengers in its busiest year on record. The airport is located in North Charleston, approximately 12 miles northwest of downtown Charleston. The airport serves as a focal point for Breeze Airways. This is also where the Boeing facility where the 787 Dreamliner is assembled. Savannah Airport (SAV) Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport is a public and military airport owned by the City of Savannah, Georgia. We are also just eight miles northwest of Savannah's bustling business district and 20 minutes from the scenic Savannah Historic District, 45 minutes from Beaufort and 1 hour from Hilton Head Island.
